Booking Deposit

To confirm your booking with Egypt Discovery, a deposit of 25% of the total holiday cost is required. A higher deposit — up to 50% — may apply where domestic flights or train tickets are included in your itinerary, or for peak-season departures such as Christmas and Easter. Your booking is not confirmed until we have received the deposit and issued written confirmation.

Balance Payment

The remaining balance is due 30 days before your holiday departs, and we will send a reminder at that time. If you book within 30 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking. Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in your booking being cancelled and the deposit forfeited.

Accepted Payment Methods

  • Bank transfer (SWIFT/IBAN — details provided on your invoice)
  • Credit card (Visa, Mastercard)
  • Debit card

We accept Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards. American Express is not accepted. Bank transfer is our preferred method, as it avoids additional processing fees.

Card Processing Fee

Currency

All prices and payments are handled in pounds sterling (£). Where your card is billed in another currency, your bank's exchange rate and any foreign-transaction fees will apply.

Secure Payment Processing

Card payments are processed via CyberSource, a Visa company. Your card details are never stored by Egypt Discovery, and all transactions use SSL encryption.
