How to Cancel

All cancellation requests must be sent in writing to info@egyptdiscovery.co.uk. Please include your booking reference and the name of the lead traveller. The cancellation takes effect from the date we receive your written request.

Cancellation Schedule

The following charges apply based on the notice given before your holiday departure date:

Less than 7 days or no-show100% of total holiday cost

Refunds

Where a refund is due, we will return the applicable amount to your original payment method within 14 business days of confirming the cancellation.

Card refunds are subject to the same 3% processing fee that applied at the time of payment. Refunds made by bank transfer carry no fee.

No-Show

If you do not arrive for a confirmed service without prior written notice, the full cost of that service is forfeited. No refund is issued for unused portions of a holiday once the programme has commenced.

Force Majeure

In the event of cancellation due to force majeure (war, extreme weather, pandemic, government travel restriction), Egypt Discovery will offer either a credit note to the full value or a rebooking to alternative dates. Cash refunds under force majeure are at our discretion.
