Why book with us
What a private transfer actually is
The first hour in a country sets the tone for the trip. Cairo airport at 2am, after a ten-hour flight, is not where you want to be learning the going rate to your hotel. A private transfer removes the whole negotiation: a named driver is already waiting past the baggage hall, holding a board with your name, in a car whose price was agreed before you left home.
We run transfers in the six cities most trips actually use – Cairo, Luxor, Aswan, Hurghada, Sharm El Sheikh and Marsa Alam – with drivers our offices know by name. The driver watches your flight, so an early landing or a three-hour delay changes nothing: someone is there when you walk out. It's the least glamorous part of a trip and the one that goes wrong most often, which is exactly why we don't hand it to a rank outside the terminal.
The gateways
Where we cover
The six airports most Egypt itineraries arrive and leave through. Each is a real office with real drivers, not a phone number forwarded to whoever's free.
CAI Cairo
The main gateway. Cairo International to downtown, Giza or the Nile docks – and the late-night arrival we handle most.
LXR Luxor
A small airport and a quick run to the East-Bank hotels, or straight to your cruise ship's gangway.
ASW Aswan
Into Aswan for the start of a southbound cruise, or onward to the Abu Simbel road and the morning convoy.
HRG Hurghada
The Red Sea's busiest gateway – resort transfers up and down the coast to Sahl Hasheesh, El Gouna and Makadi Bay.
SSH Sharm El Sheikh
Into Sinai for Naama Bay, Ras Mohammed and the dive resorts along the south coast.
RMF Marsa Alam
The quiet southern gateway for the house-reef resorts around Marsa Alam and the dugong grounds at Abu Dabbab.
Start to finish
How it works
Four steps, and the only one that needs you is the first.
- 01
Book with your flight number
Send us your arrival flight and your hotel. We price the transfer up front – one fixed fare for the car, not per person and not per bag.
- 02
We track the flight
From the moment you book, your landing time is ours to watch. Early, late or diverted, the driver's schedule moves with the plane.
- 03
Met by name at arrivals
Past passport control and baggage, your driver is in the hall holding a board with your name. No app, no kerbside guessing, no calls to an unknown number.
- 04
Door to door
A private, air-conditioned car straight to your hotel or your Nile cruise dock – water on board, child seats if you need them, a driver who knows the city.

Common questions
Egypt airport transfers, answered
01 How much is an airport transfer in Egypt? +
Less than the uncertainty of sorting it on arrival. Fares are fixed and quoted up front for the whole car, not per person – a Cairo airport-to-hotel transfer is a small fraction of a day's touring, and you know the figure before you fly. Send us your route and we'll price it exactly.
02 What happens if my flight is delayed? +
Nothing changes for you. We track your flight from the moment you book, so the driver's timing follows the plane – early, late or diverted. You won't pay extra for a delay that isn't your fault, and someone is still holding your name when you walk out.
03 Will the driver meet me inside the airport? +
Yes. Your driver waits in the arrivals hall, past passport control and baggage claim, holding a board with your name. It's a proper meet-and-greet, not a kerbside pickup or a pin dropped on a map.
04 Are your drivers English-speaking? +
Our airport drivers speak working English – enough to greet you, confirm your hotel and handle the basics. They're vetted by the local office, drive licensed air-conditioned cars, and know the city rather than just following a sat-nav.
05 Can you do transfers between cities or to a Nile cruise? +
Yes. As well as airport runs we cover hotel-to-hotel, hotel-to-cruise-dock and resort-to-resort transfers – Luxor airport straight to your ship's gangway, or Hurghada across to a Nile cruise port. Tell us the two points and we'll fix the fare.
06 Do you have child seats and larger vehicles? +
Both. Child and booster seats are free on request – just tell us the ages. For families and groups we send a minivan or a small coach instead of a sedan, priced the same fixed way, so the whole party and the luggage travel together.
